Refund Policy & Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipping Method:
    All orders are dispatched exclusively via Leopards Courier. We do not use any other courier service, even upon customer request.

  2. Order Confirmation:
    Your order will only be dispatched after confirmation is received through a phone call. If the confirmation call is missed or unanswered, the order will not be processed.

  3. Delivery Protocol:
    Please note that the courier does not allow parcels to be opened before payment. If you are not comfortable with this policy, we kindly advise you not to place an order unless you are confident in our service.

  4. Return/Exchange Window:
    Customers must report any issues within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the order. After 3 days, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.

  5. Return/Exchange Conditions:
    Items must be unused and in original packaging, including all protective wrapping. Products that show signs of use or have had wrapping removed will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  6. Return Shipping:
    The customer must first send the item back to our office via TCS or Leopards courier. After inspection, we will proceed with a refund or exchange if applicable.

  7. Order Cancellations/Returns:
    If an order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability, we will only accept future orders from that customer on a prepaid basis.

  8. Warranty Policy:
    Each watch comes with a 1-year machine warranty. This warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage. However, you may still send us the item and we’ll do our best to repair it.

  9. Premium Boxes:
    Premium packaging/boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
