Shipping Policy

1. Coverage Area: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sukkur, Sialkot, Gujranwala and all other cities and towns. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Charges: Delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan.
3. Shipping Method: All orders are dispatched exclusively via Leopards Courier. We do not use any other courier service, even upon customer request.
4. Order Confirmation: Your order will only be dispatched after we confirm it with you by phone call. If the confirmation call is missed or unanswered, the order will not be processed.
5. Payment on Delivery: A Rs. 1,000 advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid to Leopards Courier in cash (or by card, where available) at the time of delivery — the courier does not allow the parcel to be opened before payment is made.
6. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by city and courier network conditions. We'll keep you updated during the confirmation call, and you're welcome to check on your order's status anytime via WhatsApp or phone.
7. Issues on Delivery: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any issues must be reported within 48 to 72 hours of receiving it — see our Refund Policy for full return/exchange details.
8. Order Cancellations: If an order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability, we'll only accept future orders from that customer on a prepaid basis.
