1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from posterboystore.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. About Us
Posterboy ("we", "us") is based at Kiosk, First Floor, Boulevard Mall, Auto Bhan Latifabad, Hyderabad, Pakistan. Contact: 0303 3384674 (call/WhatsApp) or pkposterboy@gmail.com.

4. Products, Pricing & Authenticity
Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor discrepancies may occur and don't entitle a customer to compensation beyond the remedies in our Refund Policy. All watches are 100% original, packed in original boxes, with 2-year warranty (Swiss brands) or 1-year warranty (fashion brands) against mechanical defects only.

5. Order Confirmation & Availability
Orders are confirmed by phone call after checkout; unanswered confirmation calls mean the order won't be processed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to offer an alternative, a wait, or a cancellation.

6. Payment
A Rs. 1,000 advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid to Leopards Courier in cash (or by card, where available) at the time of delivery — the courier does not allow the parcel to be opened before payment is made.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Governed by our Refund Policy — in short: report issues within 48–72 hours of delivery, items must be unused in original packaging, and premium boxes are non-returnable.

9. Website Use & Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, or uploading harmful code.

10. Reviews & User Content
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it's your own and grant us the right to display it on the Site. Don't post anything false, defamatory, or infringing.

11. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, images, logos — belongs to Posterboy or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Posterboy isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or a purchase, beyond the order's value.

13. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms or suspend access for misuse at our discretion. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Pakistan; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Sindh.
